‘The Hamptons’ – Calala

Set on a large acreage block in Calala, this architecturally designed home was created for a growing family wanting space, comfort, and a timeless style they could settle into long term.

Spanning 331m², the home features four bedrooms, including a private master suite wing, along with multiple living areas designed for both everyday living and entertaining. A strong focus was placed on flow, with open living spaces connecting seamlessly to the outdoors.

The design responds directly to the site, positioned to capture morning light while remaining sheltered from the afternoon heat. A raked ceiling and double-sided brick fireplace add both scale and warmth to the main living area, while custom polyurethane cabinetry and engineered stone surfaces carry a consistent level of finish throughout.

Completed in nine months, the result is a spacious, well-considered home that balances functionality with a refined, high-end feel. The project is a strong example of how thoughtful design, careful planning, and attention to detail come together to create a home that feels complete from the moment it’s finished.
